Tito's Handmade Vodka is produced in Austin at Texas' first and oldest legal distillery. It's made in small batches in an old fashioned pot still by Tito Beveridge (actual name), a 40-something Geologist, and distilled six times.

Tito's Handmade Vodka is designed to be savored by spirit connoisseurs and everyday drinkers alike. It is microdistilled in an old-fashioned pot still, just like fine single malt scotches and high-end French cognacs. This time-honored method of distillation requires more skill and effort than modern column stills, but it's well worth it. $21.00

It's Back!

The Prisoner is an innovative red blend that takes its stylistic cue from the drinkable "mixed blacks" first made by Italian immigrants who originally settled the Napa Valley. In the late 90's there were a handful of Napa producers beginning to make this style of wine again and Dave Phinney became one of them. The blend soon began to incorporate not only Zinfandel, but also Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah, Petite Sirah, Charbono, and Grenache.

92 Points - Wine Spectator

"Deep, jammed with fruit character, this ripe version offers plenty of new oak, revealing a rich texture and zesty flavors of smoky licorice, blackberry cobbler and cracked pepper." -T.F.

Marlborough is the region that put the distinctive summery grassiness of the New Zealand style Sauvignon Blanc on the world map. Marlborough is Sauvignon Blanc and Sauvignon Blanc is Jules Taylor's obsession. She likes the unique expression of the region. She likes its vibrancy. She likes drinking it. And she loves making it. The Jules Taylor Sauvignon Blanc won the Champion Sauvignon Blanc trophy at the Air New Zealand wine awards in 2007, and again, in 2010.

The 2012 Sauvignon Blanc opens with a burst of bright citrus and the unmistakable aroma of capsicum. Elderflower and currant aromas are also present. It has a radiant light yellow hue, tinged with green and the dominant flavours are fresh and herbal layered over ripe tropical fruit & citrus notes. A fine line of acid ensures the flavours are focussed and leads to a delicate yet persistent finish with underlying mineral tones. $16.00

Crooked Stave Artisan Ale is located right here in Denver, Colorado and crafts elegant beers using Brettanomyces yeast. Brettanomyces, or "Brett", imparts a unique tart and citrusy flavor to the brewing process.

Corvidae is the Latin name for the family of birds that includes the Crow, Raven, Jay and Magpie. These "dark" birds are everywhere in the vineyards of Eastern Washington. Their reputation as crafty, adaptable, and somewhat dubious characters is a fitting icon for the suspiciously terrific value wines from this region. The geology and climate here yields rich, complex fruit, with luscious fragrance and bright acidity.

Mirth Chardonnay is 100% stainless steel fermented and is a clean, vibrant Chardonnay. Flavors of golden delicious apples, Meyer lemon and just a hint of ripe tropical fruit marry together beautifully while a balanced acidity gives it a bright clean finish.

Pair this refreshing Chardonnay with a chanterelle herb frittata, lemon roasted chicken, or a mango avocado and smoked salmon salad (yum!).  $12.99

The Barbera grape variety hails from north western Italy and can be found growing in & around the quaint village of Alba. Barbera flourishes here and produces medium-bodied reds that burst with red fruit flavors, offer mild tannins, and high levels of acidity. Barbera d'Alba is ideal alongside lighter fare, especially dishes such as pasta, stewed chicken, barbequed dishes, veal, grilled lamb, and tomato sauces.

The Barbera d'Alba Superiore DOC from Palladino is made with 100% Barbera grapes, fermented from 15 to 16 days at a controlled temperature. The must is stirred 3 times a day starting the wine making process. In March the wines is placed in big barrels of Slavonia oak for a period of 12 months. $15.99

Let's face it...it's hot out there! The best way to beat the Summer heat is by hiding away in an air-conditioned shopping mall. Or, you could enjoy a nice cool glass of Vinho Verde (that's what we prefer).

FVINE Vinho Verde is the perfect Summer libation! Its slight effervescene, tart acidity, and floral aromas make it the ideal choice this time of year, especially when the mercury creeps north of 90º.

The best part? It's only $8.99!
