This Denver-based craft brewery is a home town favorite and brews some extraordinary beers. The Chocolate Oak Aged Yeti is an Imperial Stout brewed with cocoa nibs to contribute a bit of pleasing bitterness. Vanilla notes from the oak combine with the cocoa to create an aroma and flavor akin to a gourmet chocolate bar. A dash of cayenne pepper keeps things lively, adding just a touch of heat to the finish. 9.5% ABV $9.99/22 oz.
